Design Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and developing Cutting Edge solutions to meet our customers at their point of need. Your work will directly impact industries ranging from automotive to agriculture, shaping the way people live, work, and thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Innovate: Spearhead the design and development of next-generation products.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, machinists, and customers to bring visionary concepts to life. Connecting with our customers and vendors to understand design requirements and end user function.
  • Problem-Solve: Tackle complex engineering challenges with creativity and precision, from initial concept through prototyping, testing, documenting, and production.
  • Optimize: Continuously improve designs for manufacturability, performance, and sustainability, ensuring our products exceed expectations. Investigating, identifying, and collaborating to implement cost savings using process and design.
  • Steward: Guide engineering changes through resolving print questions and product requirements with customers or vendors. Provide internal customers; machinists, quality technicians, engineers, and operators, with updated documents and information necessary to meet our customer’s needs.

Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance department is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with previous experience in manufacturing maintenance, particularly with CNC equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, troubleshooting, and working collaboratively with a team to improve and repair equipment. The right candidate will embrace continuous improvement and demonstrate initiative in growing their technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and complete assigned work orders, both independently and in collaboration with maintenance team members.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot current and potential breakdowns on CNC and manual equipment, including:
    • Electrical systems
    • Mechanical components
    • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on facility grounds, building systems, and production equipment.
  • Partner with manufacturers to assist in diagnosing and repairing equipment as needed.
  • Follow through on assigned tasks to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment.
  • Contribute to departmental and personal performance goals by proactively addressing equipment issues.

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior experience with primarily Fanuc and Okuma controls.
  • Strong foundation in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Previous maintenance experience with CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and processes.

  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Safety-minded and attentive to compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Assembly

We are looking to grow our Assembly team with a someone who is reliable and detail-oriented. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can rotate through a variety of assembly tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet our customers’ expectations by assembling quality components with care and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently, according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Rotate between various assembly tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required.
  • Assist in set-ups for assemblies and remain open to learning new assembly techniques.
  • Follow production schedules and meet established targets to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Inspect parts during and after assembly to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Practice good stewardship of tools, equipment, parts, and team relationships.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Embrace opportunities for continuous personal and professional learning.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 10–20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
  • Physically able to stand, twist, and bend for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn to read blueprints and follow inspection procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and open to feedback and growth.
